BOOST YOUR KNOWLEDGE WITH PRMG UNIVERSITY!

PRMG University is a great resource for all employees, as well as for our external TPO partners as we offer a variety of training classes each month.  Retail, Wholesale and Correspondent channels, as well as our TPO partners are able to benefit from these courses as they are designed to enhance skills, improve prior knowledge, and ultimately increase success at PRMG.  PRMG University publishes a monthly training calendar with courses that are continually updated and relevant to the industry. The monthly training calendar is sent out via email to all PRMG staff which can also be accessed on the Training Portal available on PRMG Apps (Single Sign-On). The calendar is also distributed to our wholesale partners and can also be found in the Training section at www.prmg.net.

PRMG University is proud to partner each month with our three Mortgage Insurance (MI) partners - Essent, Genworth and Radian. Each MI Company hosts one new class monthly. We offer an assortment of training classes throughout the year and recent classes include FHLMC Income and Asset Changes, Desktop Underwriting Training, and a Checklist for Success.  We also provide new loan program trainings as the products are released, encompass webinar options, and pre-recorded trainings that can be accessed on the PRMG University YouTube channel.

Some training classes that we offer are specifically for internal staff, but we also have classes that are for both staff and customers. Exploring AllRegs and Live Demo for Accessing the Resource Center and Product Profiles are examples of classes that are available for our internal and external audience. Exploring AllRegs provides tips on navigating and searching for information in AllRegs. Our Live Demo for Accessing the Resource Center and Product Profiles class is a live demonstration on accessing and using the PRMG Resource Center and Product Profiles. For PRMG staff looking for a great internal class, we highly recommend taking the PRMG Apps (Single Sign-on) class to learn how to navigate through the PRMG Apps User portal, which provides single sign-on access to frequently used PRMG programs and websites.  This class is a great tool for all roles at PRMG as it provides shortcuts and access to apps right at your fingertips.

PRMG University is currently in the process of developing a Back to the Basics series of classes. Some of the classes are already available to attend, such as the Introduction to Customer Service and PRMG’s Email Etiquette. Additional classes we are considering developing throughout the year will be Outlook Basics, Excel for Beginners, Word Tips and Tricks, and Getting Started with PowerPoint.

Registering for our live webinars is easy. Simply click the blue hyperlink for each class listed on the training calendar and it takes you to the registration page for that GoTo Webinar session.  Our team knows we are all busy with our day-to-day job responsibilities and need a reminder occasionally for important events, trainings, and meetings, so once you have completed registration, you can save the specific class to your Outlook Calendar as a reminder.
