PRMG Cares
PRMG Cares was designed to give back to communities and special charities in need across the nation. PRMG embraced and fostered a spirit of courage and tradition of giving back through PRMG Cares.
A Brief History - Since PRMG first opened its doors on September 1st, 2001, the events of September 11th largely inspired the 2015 Designated Charity, which was the Wounded Warrior Project. It only felt right to give back to those who served to protect us and our nation. Over the course of a year, PRMG Cares raised $38,600 through $50 per every VA loan closed with PRMG. The Wounded Warrior Project offers a variety of programs, service, and events for wounded veterans of all military branches. In addition to the Wounded Warrior Project, PRMG Cares has contributed to the American Heart Association, Go Red for Women, and the Philippine Red Cross through monetary and clothing donations.
2017 Designated Charity, Giving Back to the PRMG Family.
After giving long and hard consideration to all the various charities we have donated to in the past, including the Wounded Warrior Project, we felt it was high-time to consider taking care of our own PRMG Family in the time of need. “Giving Back to the PRMG Family” will be the designated charity for PRMG Cares in 2017.
Recently, we had several PRMG employees endure unimaginable life threatening illnesses resulting in health crisis and family hardship. The tremendous courage and fortitude these individuals demonstrated while facing these crises left a powerful and lasting emotional impression on our entire PRMG Family. It became apparent that not only was it the right time, but imperative that PRMG Cares now turn its focus on promoting the wellbeing of our own PRMG Family. We believe that by providing the necessary support and aid, can we not only help bring comfort to many of our own employees, but help them manage through some of these most difficult crisis, ensuring that their futures remain bright.
Please join us in our effort to support the PRMG Family in their time of need. If you know a PRMG Employee or one of their immediate family members (Spouse, Children, Parents or Siblings) that is enduring a physically, mentally or emotionally life threatening situation and is open to public aid, please submit their story for review at prmgcares.org.
In addition to accepting monetary donations, PRMG Cares is hosting a blood drive with the American Red Cross at the Corona Corporate Offices on June 1st. Click here for information on how to donate.
Moving forward, PRMG Cares will be looking for more service opportunities across the nation for our entire company to participate in. A charitable organization is so much more than just donating a few dollars. Giving an hour of your time or a pint of blood, in this case, has a much more profound impact on your local community.
